The V&M Scholarship Fund was created to help deserving young women pursue opportunities through the Miss Delaware USA and Miss Delaware Teen USA program. Through the generosity of donors, sponsors, and supporters, scholarship assistance is awarded to qualified delegates to help offset pageant entry fees, support educational purposes, and encourage personal growth, leadership, and community involvement.
